When you book on this site you are requesting a date and time. Your appointment stays pending until we confirm it by phone or email. We confirm as quickly as we can, and we tell you promptly if the date you picked isn't available.
Prices shown are starting prices for a home in normal condition, based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the type of clean. Add-ons are priced as listed on the booking page; items marked "from" start at that price. If a job needs significantly more work than the booking describes, we will tell you the revised price before we begin — never afterwards. Homes larger than our listed packages are quoted individually.
There is no deposit, and no card is needed to book. Payment is due after the cleaning is finished and can be paid by card, check or cash. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Because there is no deposit, cancelling costs you nothing. We only ask that you give us 48 or more hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
If no one provides access to the property at the scheduled time, we will contact you to reschedule.
If we are unable to confirm the date you requested, we will call you and arrange one that works.
Please tell us how to get in, and about alarms, pets and any areas you would rather we skip. We ask that cash, jewelry and irreplaceable items be put away before we arrive.
Our crews are covered by workers' compensation and general liability insurance. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back and put it right.
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
Standard cleaning is offered at reduced rates through November 30, 2026, in our service areas. Fall pricing applies to standard residential cleaning only. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, construction and commercial cleaning are priced separately and are not discounted. Add-on services are charged at their normal rates. Final pricing may vary based on home size, condition, pets and requested services. Not combinable with other offers. RTC Solutions LLC may end or change this offer at any time.
If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge. The promise covers re-cleaning of areas included in your booked service. It does not include refunds, additional services, or areas not part of the original booking.
